We grow cells from the most noble and prized animal breeds in the world to produce whole cuts of premium cultivated meat. Sustainable, slaughter-free, environmental-friendly, antibiotic- & pathogen-free meat made by growing muscle and fat cells instead of animals.

WHY WE DO IT

Industrial meat production is unsustainable, cruel to animals and a major driver of climate change, biodiversity loss, water, air and soil degradation.
We believe cultivated meat will provide the protein needed to feed a growing population, drastically reduce carbon emissions and land use, and increase food safety worldwide.

OUR MISSION

We aim to bring culinary delicacies into the future of food by crafting cultivated meats that will be hard to resist, starting with conventional pork followed by Iberian pork – one the most sought-after and exquisite meats in the world.

Iberian, aka ‘Iberico’, pork comes from an extraordinary pig native of Spain and Portugal, the Black Iberian pig, that is unique in its genetic ability to produce oleic acid-rich, exceptionally marbled meat.
